Most first releases land between eight and sixteen weeks, depending on how many integrations and user roles are involved. We scope a fixed discovery phase first so the estimate you get is based on a real architecture rather than a guess.
Yes, entirely. The repository, infrastructure configuration and documentation are yours from the first commit, and we hand over access at the end of every engagement.
Often, yes. We start with a short audit to establish what is worth keeping, then agree whether the sensible path is incremental improvement or a staged replacement. We will tell you plainly if a rebuild is not warranted.
Every launch includes a support window for defects. Beyond that you can retain us for ongoing development, keep us on call for incidents, or take the system fully in-house — the documentation and runbook are written on the assumption that you might.
