Where should we start with automation?

With whichever task your team complains about most, provided it is rule-based and happens often. We map processes first and rank them by hours consumed against build cost — starting with the most technically interesting problem is a common and expensive mistake.

Will this replace people on our team?

In our experience it moves them off data entry and onto work that needs judgement. We automate the repetitive, rule-based portion; the exceptions still need a person, and they get more time to handle them properly.

What if an integration breaks because a vendor changes their API?

Every automation we build logs its activity and alerts on failure, with a documented manual fallback. Vendor changes do happen, and the difference between a nuisance and an incident is whether you find out immediately.

Can you work with no-code tools we already use?

Yes. If Zapier or Make already handles part of your process well, we will leave it alone and build around it. We only replace those tools where cost, volume or logic complexity has outgrown them.
